Two launches in a week: Plan Z Holding and Saigon.
A private investment holding with fifteen years in regulated financial businesses, and a restaurant group with a flagship and express locations across Malta. Two very different briefs, shipped days apart. Here is what each one needed and what the two have in common.

Just launched.
Most of what we ship never gets a launch post. This week two sites went live that show, better than any pitch, the range of what a Maltese business can ask of us: a holding company that speaks to regulators and counterparties, and a restaurant group that needs to fill tables tonight.
Plan Z Holding
Plan Z is a Malta-based private investment holding with a fifteen-year track record in regulated financial businesses. The brief was quiet confidence. The audience is not the public; it is regulators, banks, partners and the occasional journalist, all of whom read a website the way they read a set of accounts. It has to be precise, and it has to feel like the firm sounds in a meeting.

We wrote the copy alongside the design, which is how we prefer to work. Editorial typography, a structure you can navigate without thinking, and no stock photography of handshakes. The result is a site that a compliance officer can read in four minutes and come away knowing exactly what the group is and is not.
Saigon
Saigon is modern Asian dining in Malta: a flagship restaurant plus express locations, each with its own menu and rhythm. The brief here was appetite. The site had to make you hungry, show you what is on tonight, and let you book a table or order directly without leaving the page or paying a platform commission on every order.

Brand-led design, full-bleed food photography, and the practical layer underneath it: locations, opening hours, menus that are easy to keep current, bookings and ordering wired straight through to the restaurant. All of it fast on a phone, because that is where a table gets booked at seven on a Friday.
What the two have in common
- 01Real content from day oneBoth sites were designed on the actual copy and the actual photography, not lorem ipsum. It is the only way a layout ends up serving the words rather than the other way round.
- 02A fixed quote and a real timelineEach project opened with a scoping session, a number and a date. Both shipped on that date.
- 03Built to be foundStructured data, fast pages and plain-language service and menu pages, so that Google and the AI assistants can read the business as clearly as a person can.
- 04We stay onLaunch is the start. We handle the measurement, iteration and maintenance that keep a fast site fast a year from now.
