  • The answers you pick in the brief and partnership forms (for example budget, timeline, target markets, what you want to digitalise)
  • Your message, and any product names, links or documents you include
  • The transcript of a conversation with the site assistant, if you ask for it to be passed to a person

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we may collect standard technical data:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages visited and time spent
02

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we have received it
  • Assess fit, scope the work and prepare a quote
  • Deliver and support the work you engage us for
  • Improve the website and our services
  • Send updates or marketing only if you have opted in
03

Partnership and project confidentiality

Conversations about a partnership, a product entering Malta, a digitalisation scheme or a project brief often involve information that is commercially sensitive. We treat all of it as confidential from the first message.

  • Product details, roadmaps, pricing, market plans, financials, client lists and scheme applications shared with us are used only to assess and deliver the engagement.
  • Access inside Zentra is limited to the people working on your enquiry.
  • We do not disclose partnership discussions to third parties, and we do not reference a prospective partner or client publicly without written permission.
  • Where you ask us to involve a partner corporate service provider, for example for a digitalisation scheme, we share only what that provider needs, and they are bound by the same confidentiality.
  • Chat transcripts and email correspondence are held in our mailbox and enquiry records and are not used for marketing or shared with anyone else.
Non-disclosure agreements. We are happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion, either on your paper or ours. Ask for one at the start of the conversation and we will send it before you share anything further. Our confidentiality commitment applies whether or not an NDA is in place.
04

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may then work less well.

05

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics, under their own data processing terms
  • Partner corporate service providers, only where you have asked us to involve one and only what they need
  • Public authorities where the law requires it
06

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to:

  • Handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows
  • Meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from our records within 24 months unless you ask us to keep in touch.

07

Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

08

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have it corrected or deleted
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Receive it in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email info@zentra.mt. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.

09

Third-party services and links

The site may use third-party services such as analytics or embedded content, and may link to external websites, including the sites of our clients and products. Those providers and sites collect data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

10

Our services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
